REFUND POLICY

Refunds 
100% satisfaction guarantee, you can email us to icoazt@gmail.com explaining why you didn’t like the service provided for improvement purposes, no questions asked, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Licenses and commercial use.
If you request a refund you will not have any commercial use, registrations or ownership of the designs, graphics, files or artwork provided on the order. 

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at icoazt@gmail.com. 

Transfer fees and taxes 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately transaction fees, taxes and other comissions in the order process cannot be refunded.
